Operating from our 14-acre site, we leverage a vast array of state-of-the-art machinery to manufacture and store almost any type of structural steelwork – including precision-engineered, galvanised specialist components – delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
We have a proven expertise in delivering:
Our employees include specialists such as platers, welders and operators of Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machining stands. To ensure the right skills are in place for tomorrow, we have apprentices in both technical and craft roles.
To ensure the highest levels of quality, we operate a Factory Production Control (FPC) system which has been certified in accordance with EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 and a Welding Quality Management System which has been certified in accordance with ISO 3834-2 (comprehensive quality requirements). We are able to manufacture and market structural steelwork to the requirements of Execution Class 3 of EN 1090-2:2018. We operate a Quality Management System which is certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
We are investing in our future with the latest cutting-edge machinery, which will boost our capacity and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality steelwork, right first time.
With over £3 million invested in new equipment – including CNC machines, laser cutters, drill lines, and burners – our Hereford facility is now equipped to meet the growing demands for structural steel across the power, rail and infrastructure sectors.
Our recent acquisitions include the Durma PL 3060 Plasma and Drill, Durma HD-FL 3015 Fibre Laser, and the Vernet VPX166XD and VPX256XD, all of which enhance precision, speed and efficiency in laser cutting, drilling and milling of various types of metalwork.
These upgrades are accelerating production and improving safety, while also enabling lean manufacturing processes that align with our long-term sustainability goals. With a future-focused approach and a commitment to innovation, we continue to set the standard for excellence in steel fabrication.
